Refund Policy

Rückerstattungsrichtlinie

Für Buchungen eines Camps gilt folgende Stornierungsregel:

Bei einer Stornierung bis spätestens 1 Monat vor Campbeginn erfolgt eine Rückerstattung von 100 %.
Bei einer Stornierung weniger als 1 Monat vor Campbeginn erfolgt keine Rückerstattung.

Maßgeblich ist der Zeitpunkt des Eingangs der Stornierung in Textform per E-Mail.

Für alle anderen Dienstleistungen, insbesondere Termine, Lektionen, Private Match Lessons oder vergleichbare buchbare Leistungen, gilt:

Eine kostenfreie Stornierung ist möglich, wenn die Absage mindestens 24 Stunden vor dem Termin erfolgt.
Bei einer Absage weniger als 24 Stunden vor dem Termin erfolgt keine Rückerstattung.

Maßgeblich ist der Zeitpunkt des Eingangs der Absage.

Für die Buchung einer Videoanalyse gilt eine gesonderte Regel:

Eine Stornierung ist nur innerhalb von 1 Stunde nach dem Kauf möglich.
Nach Ablauf dieser Frist erfolgt keine Rückerstattung.
Der Besprechungstermin der Videoanalyse kann jedoch verschoben werden, wenn die Mitteilung mindestens 24 Stunden vor dem vereinbarten Termin erfolgt.
Bei einer späteren Mitteilung besteht kein Anspruch auf Terminänderung.

Stornierungen, Absagen oder Änderungswünsche müssen in Textform erfolgen, insbesondere per E-Mail an die angegebene Kontaktadresse.

In begründeten Ausnahmefällen kann nach freiem Ermessen eine abweichende Regelung getroffen werden. Ein Anspruch hierauf besteht nicht.

Refund Policy

The following cancellation policy applies to camp bookings:

If the booking is cancelled no later than 1 month before the start of the camp, a 100% refund will be issued.
If the booking is cancelled less than 1 month before the start of the camp, no refund will be issued.

The relevant time is the time the cancellation is received in writing by email.

For all other services, including appointments, lessons, Private Match Lessons, or similar bookable services, the following applies:

Cancellation is free of charge if it is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the appointment, no refund will be issued.

The relevant time is the time the cancellation is received.

A separate rule applies to video analysis bookings:

Cancellation is only possible within 1 hour after purchase.
After this period, no refund will be issued.
However, the discussion appointment for the video analysis may be rescheduled if notice is given at least 24 hours before the agreed appointment.
If notice is given later, there is no entitlement to reschedule.

Cancellations, appointment changes, or rescheduling requests must be made in writing, especially by email to the stated contact address.

In justified exceptional cases, a different arrangement may be made at our discretion. There is no legal entitlement to such an exception.
